All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping only to Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DebSoChic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@DebSoChic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales of products and/or services on this website are final. No refunds will be issued. We truly believe in giving more than receiving and each of our products and services is designed by keeping this core principle in mind. The prices are intentionally kept reasonably low in price as compared to market value to give you the tools and information you need at an affordable price.
We only replace physical items stocked by DebSoChic if they are defective or damaged in shipping. Many of our products are one-off market samples and cannot be directly exchanged. In these cases you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your purchase less shipping costs.
If an item is damaged in shipping and you need to arrange an exchange, send us an email at service@DebSoChic.com. All requests for exchange must be made within five (5) business days of the confirmed delivery date. DebSoChic will reply to your email with instructions for returning damaged items.
