REFUNDS
All sales of products and/or services on this website are final. No refunds will be issued. We truly believe in giving more than receiving and each of our products and services is designed by keeping this core principle in mind. The prices are intentionally kept reasonably low in price as compared to market value to give you the tools and information you need at an affordable price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace physical items stocked by DebSoChic if they are defective or damaged in shipping. Many or our products are one-off market samples and cannot be directly exchanged. Because of the hand-crafted nature of many of our décor items, there might be some slight imperfections in the materials. In these cases, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your purchase less shipping costs.
If an item is damaged in shipping and you need to arrange an exchange, send us an email at service@debsochic.com. All requests for exchange must be made within five (5) business days of the confirmed delivery date. DebSoChic will reply to your email with instructions for returning damaged items.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If the exchange is approved, then your replacement product will be shipped or a store credit for the purchase amount less shipping will be issued within five (5) business days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
