Q: How long until my order is received?
A: Please allow 5 business days for order processing and packaging. Shipping time depends on the shipping method and rate selected when you place your order.
The following shipping methods/rates are available (United States Postal Service):
- First Class Mail (Domestic/International for Packages weighing up to 13oz)
- Priority Mail (Domestic/International)
- Express Mail (Domestic/International)
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your
orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final
shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What countries does DebSoChic.com ship to?
A: We are now shipping select products worldwide as allowed by USPS international shipping regulations.
More products are added to international shipping every week.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Email us at service@DebSoChic.com or call our customer service line at 1-919-259-8132
(M-F 9am to 5pm ET) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). Be sure to reference
you order confirmation number. Only orders with RA numbers will be accepted for
returns.
